THE FREE CALL WITH DR. SHETH
The "Free Call with Dr. Sheth" offered through our website is a 15-minute pre-screening phone call only. It is not a clinical consultation, not a telehealth visit, not a telemedicine encounter, and not a medical appointment. No clinical examination is performed, no diagnosis is made, no treatment is recommended, and no prescription or referral is issued during this call.
The purpose of this call is limited to helping you understand whether scheduling a formal in-person consultation at Spine Care New Jersey may be appropriate for your situation. Any information shared by Rishi N. Sheth, MD during this call is general in nature and does not constitute individualized medical advice.
This call is provided at no charge. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship. It is not a covered service under any health insurance plan and will not be billed to your insurance. No medical record is created from this call.

THE FREE MRI REVIEW
The "Free MRI Review" offered through our website is a preliminary, non-clinical review of imaging you voluntarily submit. It is not a formal radiology read, not a second medical opinion in the clinical sense, and does not constitute a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
The purpose of the MRI Review is to provide a preliminary assessment of whether a formal in-person consultation at Spine Care New Jersey may be of value based on your submitted imaging. Any observations communicated to you following the MRI Review are general and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for a formal clinical evaluation and should not be relied upon as medical advice.
